Bonnie Kuhn is senior legal counsel in the Market Regulation Division of the Alberta Securities Commission. Since joining the ASC in 2012 she has participated in numerous regulatory projects including CSA’s Client Focused Reforms, CSA’s Amendments to NI 31-101 to Enhance Protection of Older and Vulnerable Clients, and the Regulatory Framework for Clearing Agencies.
Previously Bonnie was in house legal counsel for two mineral exploration and mining companies and prior to that she was a partner in a securities law boutique. She holds a master’s degree in law (securities) from Osgoode Hall Law School.
